Whistle is a young groundhog who dreams of roller-skating. Zooming around on wheels isn’t as easy as she hoped, and she begins to worry the voice in her head might be right: maybe a groundhog belongs underground.

Luckily, with the help of some new friends, Whistle is able to embrace the messy process of learning, appreciate her unique quirks, and have some fun.
